This wonderful 2nd row, 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach home with HEATED* pool is just steps to the ocean! Located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines Resort, this lovely house is a full 3,170 heated square feet, and has been RECENTLY UPDATED WITH CUSTOM BEDDING and window treatments, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, as well as new granite countertops and tile throughout. The 1st floor has a master suite on this level has a king bed, and an attached den with a daybed and pull-out trundle.

On the 2nd story you will find the living room, dining room, and kitchen all opening into each other allowing for maximum space. Off the living room is the screened porch over-looking the private swimming pool; PERFECT FOR DINING AL FRESCO on warm summer evenings. Also on the 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms - one equipped with a king bed, the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twins. An amazing vacation home rental in superb South Beach! FREE wireless Internet access.

We liked the house. The sunroom and patio were not clean. I cleaned the tables and furniture. Bathrooms were out dated. For the price it was nice. The location was great.

Big, open, and comfortable with a great pool.

This is a big, open, and comfortable beach house. It is decorated with a lot of bright, fun colors and it has a great room with 20 foot ceilings and lots of glass. There are flat screen TVs and DVD players and free wifi, and there is a wonderful kitchen with everything you might ever need for cooking. Outside the pool is big, clean, and refreshing after a day at the beach and equipped with brand new pool furniture. There is an outdoor living room on the screened in porch with a comfortable couch for catnaps and two big easy chairs that swivel and rock. A great spot for morning coffee. The house is right across the street from ocean front homes so it is really close to the beach. And the beach in this part of Sea Pines is really private - not crowded - even on the fourth of July - and great for long bike rides, playing lacrosse, or tossing the baseball or football. We enjoyed tennis at the near by tennis center as well. And we were an easy bike ride away from the famous Salty Dog Cafe down at South Beach Marina (the one you see in all the T shirts). We had plenty of clean towels and we enjoyed the great maid service for the house - no problems there. One of the best things about the house was the downstairs den where the teens could hook up their games and play video games or where they could watch their own movies on the DVD player, away from the adults upstairs. Also the fact that there is a washer and dryer on the first level so you don't have to go home with a suitcase full of nasty beach laundry. The neighborhood has amazing, stately private homes that are not on the rental market so it is a quiet, not-so-touristy area of Sea Pines. And at high tide, the sound of the ocean waves can lull you to sleep. The terrific Ocean Course golf course is close by and offered some challenging holes, but our favorite local golf course has got to be the Heritage course where the 18th hole ends at the Harbour Town Lighthouse. We had a relaxing comfortable week!

We have stayed at this home for many years and have made lots of happy memories there. Comfy and plenty of room, open upstairs and easy accessibility to the beach are some of the reasons we like it. We love the screened porch and updated kitchen! "Beachy" fabrics and light-filled rooms add to the experience. You will enjoy this house if you're looking for a house with family amenities, close to the beach on a pretty street. Sea Pines is the only place to stay on Hilton Head Island!

This is a lovely beach home. The owners decorated it in beach colors and were very thoughtful in stocking it with everything you could think to need. It even contained a nice library of beach reads. The kitchen which appeared to be newly remolded, was better supplied with serving ware, utensils, etc than my own. There is a great screened porch that we used often. The owners arranged for multiple services to be provided throughout the stay e.g. pool cleaning, lawn maintenance. The only negatives are the person I booked the trip was wasn't very helpful which is uncommon for this rental company. Also the first floor was so nice, but had a mustiness to it that prevented us from using that portion of the house. There we so much room on the second floor that this didn't matter too much.

We had a wonderful week in the house - 5 adults, 3 children under age 3. We loved the house - plenty of room for all, with close access to the beach and delightful pool under the tall pines.
