Lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with large (20' x 40') private HEATED* pool situated on the 5th fairway of the world famous Harbour Town Golf Links. Decorated in warm bright colors, this home in the residential neighborhood of Heritage Woods in Sea Pines Resort is sure to please, and will make you feel like a true islander while you enjoy all the resort amenities, including WORLD-FAMOUS GOLF COURSE VIEWS. You are within a bike-ride to two renowned marinas, South Beach Village and Harbour Town Yacht Basin, both of which raised the bar for waterfront resorts. A perfect family vacation getaway!

On the first floor, you will find two separate living areas - both with tv's (the den has a 42' flat panel tv) and pool access - a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, and a more formal dining area. Also on the ground floor are 3 bedrooms; a master suite furnished with a king bed and tv, and two additonal bedrooms, each with twin beds and a bathroom. In the back of the house, off the living room, is a DELIGHTFUL SCREENED CAROLINA ROOM with a perfect view of the golf course and convenient access to the pool deck where there is a gas grill for easy entertaining.

Upstairs you will find the second master suite, also furnished with a king-sized bed and tv, with an incredible view of the pool and the golf course beyond. Fantastic pool & great privacy

We enjoyed our stay. The house was a comfortable large home & there were 9 of us staying. We loved that each couple had their own room & bathroom. The pool was fantastic as the weather was in the 90's. All amenities were supplied. Some of the furniture appeared stained. The refrigerator door does not open all the way, hindered by the wall.

excellent pool and house layout. only negatives were a running toilet upstairs and a refrigerator door that would not completely open because of kitchen design. would stay here again(have done so 2 years in a row) if price is right.
