The owners completed a total renovation of their home in the spring of 2010 with all new hardwood flooring, carpet, bathrooms, kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, AND an addition, for a GLORIOUS REFURBISHED VACATION HOME!* On the 1st level, guests are greeted by a bright, airy great room that includes a kitchen with breakfast bar, living room (w/large, wall-mounted, flat-panel tv), and dining area, all of which access a spacious deck, with gas grill. Adjacent to this living area, is a full bathroom, and a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer & dryer. A king master suite with luxurious private bath, Jacuzzi soaking tub, separate shower, and makeup vanity completes the first level.

Three additional bedrooms are upstairs; the 1st being a 2nd master with a king-sized bed and private bathroom; while the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms on this level each have twin beds conjoined by a fourth full bath. This beach house offers absolutely the perfect location and amenities to enjoy your family vacation. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FLAT-PANEL TV'S. FREE wireless Internet access.

The house was wonderful decorated and very clean. It had a warm family feel to it. We are recommeding it to anyone that we know who wants to vacation in Hilton Head,Sc. We are talkingabout coming back next year and renting the same house if available.
