RICH, LIVELY COLORS AND TEXTURES AND ONLY STEPS TO THE BEACH

This FABULOUS 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with HEATED* privacy pool is just a quick 50 steps to one of the best beaches on Hilton Head Island. A SPACIOUS GREAT ROOM encompassing the large chef's kitchen, dining room, and living room, welcomes you upon entering. Decorated in rich, lively colors and bold textures, the living room room leads to the deck and pool area, with gas grill, enclosed by a privacy fence. The LARGE 11' X 25' POOL IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH PATIO FURNITURE AND AN OUTSIDE UMBRELLA TABLE for al fresco dining or early morning coffee. On the opposite side of the great room from the dining area is a generous-sized master bedroom suite, furnished with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Nearby is a half bath.

On the 2nd floor are 4 bedrooms; a 2nd master suite with king bed and private bath, 2 more large bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and 1 guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. One of the queen rooms and the twin share a bath. There is a small loft for children to watch TV or enjoy quiet time. This super North Forest Beach vacation home rental also has 2-CAR GARAGE ACCESS. The old folks needed a rail to get into and out of the pool. Needed a cheese grater and that's abouit it! We all survived and had lots of fun!

Family Vacation

Great location , house was in great shape , pool was warm and clean. Only thing was poor TV reception in one bedroom , (upstairs front right , facing from street) but had plenty of spares. Also , the Refrig , water/ice unit seemed to leak when used . Again no big deal.

I like renting through the Vacation Company because they make it so easy for the renter. They mail everything to you beforehand, so you don't even have to stop at the office. The house I rented was wonderful. The pictures didn't even do it justice. Everything you want from a vaction home. The pool was very nice and we could not get too much closer to the beach. The only possible negative thing I can think of was there were no beach chairs or floats at the house. Some houses have them sitting in the garage. But Sean from the vacation Co. was at the house when we got there & he did find us chairs & brought them back to the house. He was so very helpful. All in all, it was a wonderful week & I am already counting down the weeks until I can come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the 1 Quail home. It was convenient to everything and private at the same time. The pool was just big enough and the entire house suited our situation perfectly. We would definitely stay there again, if it were available.
