DEPOSIT: When you make your reservations, a check or VISA/MC deposit of 40% of the gross rental fee is required to guarantee it. Check should be mailed to: The Vacation Company, P.O. Box 7471, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.

BALANCES: Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to arrival on Holiday bookings.

RATES: Rates are quoted by the week in US Dollars. Rates do not include applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice. December to January bookings, there is a minimum of a 14 day rental.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation is due in writing to The Vacation Company 60 days prior to arrival. 60-31 days prior to arrival 25% of gross rental fee. 30-1 days prior to arrival all monies will be forfeited.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Check-in time 3:00pm. Check-out is 12:00 noon.

TELEPHONE: At the deluxe villas, telephone lines are open and telephone deposits will be stipulated in the confirmation. At villas where there is an overseas debar in place, the guest can request in writing 2 weeks before arrival to lift the debar. Telephone deposits vary from US $500-$2500 depending on the size of the villa.

DAMAGE: Guest agrees to indemnify owners for any damages to premises, including damages tot eh furnishings and household items, which occur as a result of a guest occupancy, excluding however normal wear and tear. Agent or owner will not be liable for any damages to property or liable for any accident that may occur to guest during occupancy in or on the property. Owner or Agent may re-enter premises at a reasonable time for the purpose of making repairs. Owner/Agent not responsible for articles left on premises by guest.
