Hike Barbados - Various locations throughout the island. Every Sunday all are welcome to trek Barbados. This group began in 1983 with only twelve hearty hikers and has grown to 8,000 people annually. Courses will change weekly, as well as the meeting or starting point. The hikes are suitable for all ages and are planned in three levels, 1)'Stop 'n Stare' a five to six mile hike, 2)'Here & There' takes you from eight to ten miles, and 3)'Grin & Bear' a longer and more intense hike measuring from twelve to fourteen miles.

Animal Flower Cave -Located on the spectacular northern coast of Barbados, this cave gets its name from the sea anemones that grow within it. Formed by ocean waves, the cave contains stalactites and stalagmites, evidence of Barbados' coral limestone geology. The landscape around the cave is quite barren during the dry season and has been likened to the surface of the moon. Visitors can order drinks and light snacks at the cave's bar. Admission runs about US$4 for adults, US$2 for children.
